No guarantees are made regarding specific restoration outcomes, as results may vary based on the severity of the damage. Services do not include repairs outside the scope of restoration unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

8. Insurance & Claims Assistance
While we assist with insurance claims, customers are responsible for ensuring their policy coverage. Aquaphoenix does not guarantee claim approval by insurance providers.

9. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel services before work begins; however, deposits may be non-refundable depending on incurred costs. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
